Sheriff Richard Mack gives an exemplary speech at Baker's Green Acres Constitution Hall.
The Solution to our governmental and budgetary woes does not lie in Washington D.C. The responsibility to restore common sense in our government lies squarely at the local level with the understanding of OUR Constitution. Enjoy...

Author/speaker and former Sheriff Richard Mack has served in a wide variety of roles over the course of his nearly twenty year career in law enforcement, which began in Provo, Utah.
Mack began his career with the Provo Police Department as a parking enforcement cadet while attending BYU. A couple of years later he became a full-time officer and was soon promoted to Corporal, Sergeant, and Detective. After nearly 11 years at Provo PD, Mack decided to return to his childhood turf in Arizona and run for Graham County Sheriff. His campaign took off and he was elected in 1988.
He was sheriff for two terms until 1997. He was named Elected Official of the Year by the Arizona-NewMexico Coalition of Counties in 1994, received the NRA Law Officer of the Year, inducted into the NRA Hall of Fame, 1995 Cicero Award, Samuel Adams Leadership Award from the Local Sovereignty Coalition, and Gun Owners of America Defender of the Second Amendment Award.
During his tenure, federal officers informed the sheriffs of the state that they would be required to enforce the so-called “Brady Bill” and run background checks at their expense under the law. In 1994, Mack and six other sheriffs from across the country, challenged the constitutionality of the Brady Bill and ultimately, fought it all the way to the United States Supreme Court, where they won a monumental decision for freedom in a landmark 5-4 split decision based on the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
Mack has been a consultant on numerous cases regarding police abuse, brutality, and other misconduct by public officials. He has joined with other members of the law enforcement community to speak out in favor of drug policy reform.
The Bakers hope to see you on the farm Sunday, July 20 for a fun and educational time!

The time has come for all American's to stand for their individual Constitutional Rights, and leave no farmer behind. It is going to take many people getting active today, making phone calls to the politicians, and by using their social media outlets to awaken and alert their friends to the war on for their food.
Mark Baker, of Bakers Green Acres is one farmer who has taken the bull by the horns, so to say. Baker has been stoic in his stand against the Michigan DNR's attempt at shutting down his family farm. A proud husband, father, and Veteran, Baker is taking a stand for your individual Constitutional Rights. He has gone so far as to throw his hat in the ring for Sheriff of Missaukee County Michigan. Would you? America needs you.
I urge you to support Baker in his fight against the tyrannical food 'authorities' of this nation and all the tramplers of our beloved US Constitution. Granted we all realize that the fight is bigger than just food, but if we fail to stop these tyrannical beasts at the farm gate, they will soon control all the food and all the people.
Without access to real foods we will become subject only to government approved food sources in the very near future. Are you comfortable with only having processed, irradiated, and pasteurized foods on your table? Are you willing to only consume the GMO foods Monsanto chooses for you to eat? Eat GMO's and die, or eat free and live. The choice is yours.
Most recently when the BLM had placed 11 sniper teams surrounding the Bundy Ranch in Nevada. Americans responded Constitutionally with Militia units from across the country to prevent a government planned disaster of an American rancher, Cliven Bundy. If the proper and lawful use of the Second Amendment ushers in a new era of peace for our farmers then so be it. If you were offended by the Militia and their response to government tyranny then you are part of the problem and not part of the solution.
If you think that the only answer to the problem is to act as a 'community' and band together for 'community rights' you have already been sucked into the rabbit hole of the false left right paradigm. Pull yourself up out of that rabbit hole and get yourself a copy of the US Constitution. Read it. Then, take an oath to uphold and defend that Constitution, and start sharing your new found knowledge with your friends. Invite them over a home cooked, farm fresh meal, and let them taste the sweet flavors of real food freedom.

The Michigan feral swine declaratory ruling is rescinded, while the invasive species order moves ahead. So now the Constitution is being trampled once again in Michigan and Bakers Green Acres is under the iron fist once again, this after three long years of battle between Mark Baker and the Michigan DNR. Due process is dead and tyranny runs amuck with the Michigan DNR's latest unconstitutional action. (See video below). The Fourth Amendment is shackled and tossed overboard in Michigan. If you refuse to stand with this patriot farmer, you have failed as an American. Go to Bakersgreenacres.com and the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund to help fund the resistance to the tyranny of the Agricultural Industrial Complex.
"......there's two things there that you need to be concerned with
When will the general population awaken from their slumber and realize that they have been led like naive sheep into a Communist society. How often do you hear today from the Anthroposophists about community, all this warm and fuzzy feel good garbage, flowers, rainbows, and unicorns, yet nothing about your God given individual rights?
Think about it.
"Resistance to tyranny is obedience to God", Thomas Jefferson said. Is your god the 'warm and fuzzies' as in Anthroposophy, the religion of the New World Order? This country was not founded by, nor can it be saved, with a 'warm and fuzzy' Anthroposophical New World Order pacifist agenda. Remember, pacifists hate and detest patriots.
The time has come where you are going to have to resist, with all your God given abilities, the tyranny that is trampling our God given rights daily all across Amerika. Even the world's most hated leader of all time, Adolph Hitler, sent the Anthroposophists out from Germany because of the societal destruction their Anthroposophical religion was causing. Resist the warm and fuzzies and do not fall into their trap. Founded by the Theosophist, Anthroposophist, and Occultist, Rudolph Steiner, Anthroposophy is now disguised in Amerika today as the Waldorf school system and Bio-dynamic farming. The Waldorf school system uses a humanistic approach in science and education. Yes, God is dead in the Waldorf-Steiner educational system and it creates New World Order zombies that are anti Second Amendment, but the 'educated' children become good little pacifist community activists, socialists, and communists. The Bio-dynamic farmers use spells and incantations, along with organic practices to grow their 'organic' crops. Biodynamic agriculture uses various herbal and mineral additives for compost additives and field sprays; these are sometimes prepared by controversial methods, such as burying ground quartz stuffed into the horn of a cow, which are said to harvest "cosmic forces in the soil".
Americans, we will have to get down on our knees and pray for the strength and courage as George Washington once did to Almighty God. Then if God grants you the strength and courage, you will be obliged, to God, to use all your talents and abilities to defend your God given Constitutional rights against these jack-booted thugs that are only 'doing their job'. Sic semper tyrannis.
If there is anyone who does not yet understand that these GMO foods are a soft kill weapon, and an act of war against the American people, pull your head out of the sand now.

In an act of lucidity and light that our own country should somewhat imitate, Russian lawmakers are considering equating GMO-related activities to a terrorist act or death threat, a criminal act that Russia says deserves the punishment which killers and creators of mass ecological and human genocide deserve.
A Russian newspaper, Izvestia, writes that criminal liability will be imposed on any act that involves producing, selling, or transporting genetically modified organisms, if Russian lawmakers get their way.
A bill supporting this ideaology was submitted to the Russian State Duma lower parliament house by the Duma agrarian committee as well as the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR) (who claimed the parliament’s bill was too mild.) Those initiating the bill suggest that criminal responsibility should be applicable to companies and government officials, but not to farmers who were convinced that GMOs were safe to grow. They believe individuals should only undergo disciplinary action, and not criminal charges.
The bill would also heavily fine companies for distorting or concealing information about the environmental impacts of GMOs. If this bill were to pass in the US, I’m sure Monsanto would go broke paying all the fines they would be subject to. They’ve paid off scientists and entire institutions, as well as our own FDA and EPA to conceal evidence about both health and environmental damage that GMOs cause. Government officials would be subject to a fine fine of 1,000-2,000 roubles, and legal entities like corporations to a fine of 10,000-20,000 roubels. Several of our Congress persons and Senators would be swimming in fines as well.
Kirill Cherkasov, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma agrarian committee, pointed out that tight regulation is needed since many GMOs have been insinuated into foreign market via the World Trade Organization. Cherkasov suggested that a package of amendments to the national laws regulating technical and economic aspects of GMO-related activities should be submitted by its autumn session.
Sometimes it seems our country has traded places with the cold war communists of days past. We may not agree with everything that Vladimir Putin does in the name of Russia, but at least he is willing to do what our President is not in the US – protect his people from genetically modified foods by keeping them out of the country.

Michigan residents lost their “right to farm” this week thanks to a new ruling by the Michigan Commission of Agriculture and Rural Development. Gail Philburn of the Michigan Sierra Club told Michigan Live, the new changes “effectively remove Right to Farm Act protection for many urban and suburban backyard farmers raising small numbers of animals.” Backyard and urban farming were previously protected by Michigan’s Right to Farm Act. The Commission ruled that the Right to Farm Act protections no longer apply to many homeowners who keep small numbers of livestock.
Kim White, who raises chickens and rabbits, said, “They don’t want us little guys feeding ourselves. They want us to go all to the big farms. They want to do away with small farms and I believe that is what’s motivating it.” The ruling will allow local governments to arbitrarily ban goats, chickens and beehives on any property where there are 13 homes within one eighth mile or a residence within 250 feet of the property, according to Michigan Public Radio. The Right to Farm Act was created in 1981 to protect farmers from the complaints of people from the city who moved to the country and then attempted to make it more urban with anti-farming ordinances. The new changes affect residents of rural Michigan too. It is not simply an urban or suburban concern.
Shady Grove Farm in Gwinn, Michigan is the six and a half acre home to 150 egg-laying hens that provide eggs to a local co-op and a local restaurant. The small Michigan farm also homes sheep for wool and a few turkeys and meat chickens to provide fresh healthy, local poultry. “We produce food with integrity,” Randy Buchler told The Blaze about Shady Grove Farm. “Everything we do here is 100 percent natural — we like to say it’s beyond organic. We take a lot of pride and care in what we’re doing here.” Shady Grove Farm was doing its part to bring healthy, local, organic food to the tables of Gwinn residents, and it mirrors the attitudes of hundreds of other small farming operations in Michigan and thousands of others popping up around the nation. The ruling comes within days of a report by The World Health Organization that stated the world is currently in grave danger of entering a post-antibiotic era. The WHO’s director-general Dr. Margaret Chan argued that the antibiotic use in our industrialized food supply is the worst offender adding to the global crisis. “The Michigan Agriculture Commission passed up an opportunity to support one of the hottest trends in food in Michigan – public demand for access to more local, healthy, sustainable food,” Gail Philbin told MLive.
Meanwhile, neighboring Indiana Governor Mike Pence signed Senate Bill 179 a few weeks before which freed up poultry and egg sales from local and state regulation. Yesterday, the USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack announced massive funding to support research about small and medium-sized family farms, such as small farms ability to build-up local and regional economic systems. “There’s a lot of unnecessary legal action being taken against small farms who are doing good things in their communities,” said Randy Buchler, who is also on the board of directors for the Michigan Small Farm Council. The Michigan Small Farm Council actively fought to support Michigan farming freedom, but ultimately the Commission voted to approve the new restrictions.
“Farm Bureau has become another special interest beholden to big business and out of touch with small farmers, and constitutional and property rights of the little guy,” Pine Hallow Farms wrote to the Michigan Small Farm Council. The Michigan Farm Bureau endorsed the new regulatory changes. Matthew Kapp, government relations specialist with Michigan Farm Bureau, told MLive that the members weighed in and felt that people raising livestock need to conform to local zoning ordinances. The Farm Bureau did not feel Michigan’s Right To Farm Act was meant to protect the smaller farms, and ultimately the Michigan Commission of Agriculture and Rural Development agreed.

Coalition of Western State Legislators, Sheriffs, and Veterans Stand Vigil in Support of Embattled Nevada Rancher, Cliven Bundy ‘To Prevent Another Ruby Ridge or Waco”
A Delegation of state legislators, lead by Washington State Representative Matt Shea, along with a delegation of current serving Sheriffs, lead by Sheriff Richard Mack of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, and military and police members of Oath Keepers, are converging on the site of a stand-off between federal law enforcement and Nevada Rancher Cliven Bundy, to prevent bloodshed and to stand in defense of hardworking rural Americans who are under assault by a runaway federal government.
LAS VEGAS, NV, April 10, 2014
The Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA.org), led by retired Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack, and the Oath Keepers organization (oathkeepers.org) are assisting Washington State Representative Matt Shea in organizing a delegation of current serving Western state legislators and Sheriffs to travel to the site of a tense stand-off between Bunkerville, Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The delegation is traveling to Nevada to support a coalition of current serving Nevada legislators being organized by Nevada State Assemblywoman Michele Fiore, of Las Vegas, to stand vigil at the Bundy ranch to prevent Federal Government provocation of violence resulting in another Ruby Ridge or Waco type incident. They also hope that their example of oath-sworn public servants defending the rights of the people will prompt Clark County, Nevada Sheriff Douglas Gillespie and Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval to honor their oaths of office by taking real action to defend the rights of the Bundy family, the rights of all Nevadans, and the sovereignty of the State of Nevada.
Yesterday, April 9, 2014, Nevada State Assemblywoman Michele Fiore served the first watch in this vigil shortly after Cliven Bundy’s son, Ammon Bundy, was tazered by BLM “Rangers” during a heated confrontation. The video of that confrontation can be seen here:

Today, Rep. Thomas Massie (KY-4) introduced two new bills, the “Milk Freedom Act of 2014,” H.R. 4307, and the “Interstate Milk Freedom Act of 2014,” H.R. 4308, with a bipartisan coalition of 20 lawmakers. In his press release announcing the new legislation, Rep. Massie indicated these were the first in a planned series of Food Freedom legislation aimed at improving consumer choice and protecting local farmers.
“As a producer of grass-fed beef, I am familiar with some of the difficulties small farmers face when marketing fresh food directly to consumers. Our bills would make it easier for families to buy wholesome milk directly from farmers by reversing the criminalization of dairy farmers who offer raw milk,” said Rep. Massie. “The federal government should not punish farmers for providing customers the foods they want, and states should be free to set their own laws regulating food safety.”
Raw milk is fresh milk that has not been pasteurized, and may contain beneficial nutrients that have not been eliminated by the pasteurization process. Although Congress has never passed legislation banning raw milk, the federal Food and Drug Administration has used their regulatory authority to prosecute farmers for selling raw milk.
The “Milk Freedom Act of 2014” would provide relief to local farmers, small producers, and others who have been harassed, fined, and in some cases even prosecuted for the “crime” of distributing unpasteurized milk. This bill would prohibit the federal government from interfering with the interstate traffic of raw milk products.
Likewise, the “Interstate Milk Freedom Act of 2014” would prevent the federal government from interfering with trade of unpasteurized, natural milk or milk products between states where distribution or sale of such products is already legal.
No provision of either bill would preempt or otherwise interfere with any state law.
Massie concluded, “Today, many people are paying more attention to the food they eat, what it contains, and how it is processed. Raw milk, which has been with us for thousands of years, is making a comeback among these discerning consumers. Personal choices as basic as ‘what we feed our families’ should not be limited by the federal government.”
During his time in Congress, C4L Chairman Ron Paul was a champion of food freedom and sponsored legislation similar to H.R. 4307. Understanding the Food Freedom issue is vital to understanding personal liberty. It shouldn’t be any of the government’s business what we put into our own bodies, or choose to eat or drink.
Campaign for Liberty is proud to announce our support of both measures and encourage you tocontact your representative and urge them to cosponsor H.R. 4307 and H.R. 4308.
What is taking out millions of family farms and is there something that farmers can do to reverse the trend?
Food Freedom Discussion on Down the Rabbit Hole with Popeye; Guest: Pete Kennedy of the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund
On this edition of DTRH spends the first hour talking with Peter Kennedy, President and founding Board Member of the Farm-To-Consumer Legal Defense Fund. They discuss the legal case of Farmer Mark Baker, a farmer who was suing the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) over the legality of its swine Invasive Species Order. The two of them also get into raw milk and food raids; How everyone is affected by food freedom, and the Farm-To-Consumer Legal Defense Fund itself.
Mark Baker, who took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution has been forced to watch it be violated and trampled by the Michigan Attorney General, Bill Schuette, and Junior (Harold Martin assistant A.G.).
Your food source maybe next on the list for big brother government intrusion, and if that day comes to your farm will you stand as this Patriot farmer, or will you bow down and submit to being their slave?
The Baker's will need your help to continue farming, please help them in any way that you can. I urge you to go to http://bakersgreenacres.com/ and help them keep the family farm.
"The Bill of Rights is to protect citizenry from government."
"We need to put Constitutional people in place, it's worked for a lot of years in our country, it will continue to work."
Mark Baker of Baker's Green Acres has always refused the offer to back down when it came to the state of Michigan and the DNR ordering fines of $700,000 and the destruction of his heritage pigs - because they looked different. For nearly three years, the Bakers have been hanging on by a thread while pushed by aggressive tactics from three agencies - Michigan, the DNR and the USDA - which had embargoed and closed in on them, even threatening them with a raid and bullying their friends and buyers. While Michigan finally retreated, it doesn't change the situation for anyone else or arbitrary attacks in the future.
This compelling video recaps what happened, provides an update and encouragement for what we can do help farmers facing the same situation. Mark isn't just fighting for himself. See more below.
From Randy Buchler, publicist for Baker's Green Acres:
As a publicist for Baker's Green Acres, I am asking for your help. Their domestic family farm operation has been all but destroyed over the last 2+ years due to government harassment, threats and an unconstitutional Invasive Species Order and Declaratory Ruling from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.
However, on February 26th, 2014, the DNR and Attorney General's office conceded that Baker's pigs are no longer illegal. Their reversal on their stance with Baker's pigs was a move to avoid going to trial where they would have been forced to explain their selective enforcement under oath. It also resulted in a ruling that there would be no damages awarded to Mark and his family. But, that doesn't mean it's over. Now is the time to hold our leaders of the State of Michigan responsible for their actions. From the DNR to the Attorney General's office to the Governor's office, we have been let down time and time again. The elected officials and bureaucrats that are not representing the Constitution of the people must be replaced. The agenda's they are serving are that of Corporate and self interests, not that of the people. We the People have the power to change that, as this is an election year. But, we must act now! Please watch this powerful video put together by Baker's Green Acres to understand where this issue stands today. If you prepay $25 now, you will receive a DVD of Hogwash The American Pig Tale before this year's elections. Just click on the "Buy Now" button at http://bakersgreenacres.com/. Your help is necessary to finish the documentary and to continue our work toward preserving our constitutional rights in Michigan. Thank you in advance for helping protect the people!
