Hershberger was raided for being a raw milk farmer by the Wisconsin Department of Trade, Agriculture, and Consumer Protection (DATCP) and is facing fines of up to $10,000 and 3+ years in prison. Yet the judge has restricted the defense or anyone else for that matter from saying the words 'raw milk'.
There are restrictions on clothing allowed in the courtroom too! It has nothing to do about revealing or provacative clothing, cleavage hanging out, or droopy drawers, but rather what your t-shirt shirt says. If your shirt has any reference to raw milk you are not allowed in, unless you turn it inside out like Pete Kennedy of the FTCLDF had to do on Tuesday.
So what do we do as freemen?
Comply and submit to our masters?
Sit idle while the judge aids the state in their cause?
What about filing a lawsuit against those who deny your constitutional right?
It is time for all Patriots, Tea Partiers, and anyone else who believe that the control freak masters of this corrupted system are overstepping their authority to come to Baraboo, Wisconsin and take a stand against these tyrants and wear a t-shirt that shows your love for country and or your love for the food of your choice.
Freedom is on trial in Baraboo, and tyranny runs rampant at the courthouse. If you give a damn about your Liberty, then join us for lunch at the Sauk County Courthose this Friday May 24th, 2013 and wear your favorite t-shirt.
