Many 'green apples' are being offered for your consumption. Do not eat the 'green apple' being disguised as Liberty! The most generally accepted definition says that liberty is the ability to act according to one's own will. Socialists relate liberty to the equal distribution of wealth. Does individual liberty threaten 'community'? Should we give up human freedom or freedom of association for the sake of the collective?
Once FoodFreedomUSA.org came into being the Communists were out in force to bring us into their camp. No way was that going to happen on my watch. The hopes of us spreading their warm and fuzzy propaganda were dashed. Instead of selling out to these New World Order chameleons, we would stand by the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence. For instance, at FoodFreedomUSA.org we have taught 'jury nullification' to food club members, promoted and brought in Sheriff Richard Mack to Wisconsin for educational talks, spearheaded fundraisers for the Hershberger family who suffered tremendous losses with that 'mysterious' fire just days before the trial, and we lead the populist resistance during the now famous Vernon Hershberger raw milk trial in Wisconsin.
Daily, people who visit FoodFreedomUSA.org, continue to awaken to the Communist code words such as 'community' and 'food sovereignty' that are being slung at them as politically correct speech in the foodie world. The idea that 'community' is the answer to your 'food sovereignty' is nothing but Marxism and pure Socialist indoctrination. These pacifist organizations will try to sell you honey but all you will get is stung in the end. Don't Bee fooled.
Many of these pacifist individuals in the food choice arena absolutely detest traditional American patriotism and any sense of individual God given freedom. They are willing to comply and protest from their 'free speech zones', and are more than willing to be the good little slaves that get that stamp of approval from the powers that be, by begging the government for 'permission' to eat and drink foods that have been given to man for his nourishment since the beginning of Creation (see Genesis). Some are even going so far to disguise themselves as Libertarians, beware of these modern day Communists who continue to push their anti-American agenda under the guise of feeding the 'community'.
Embrace Liberty. Reject those Communist ideals of 'community' and 'food sovereignty', most especially when they are disguised as liberty. Your education is the key to your freedom. If you find yourself in the presence of a food rights activist that abhors the fact that the Militia showed up in Bunkerville, Nevada to assist the Cliven Bundy family, take note that they are part of the problem of social engineering that has destroyed our American culture. Hatred will spew from these 'activists' when you stand up for the Second Amendment and Lawful Immigration. Only in a 'community' do they believe that you can have your freedom. What these 'community' activists hate more than anything is an educated resistance that can think for themselves. Wolves love sheep.
Arm yourselves with the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Holy Bible. Watch and see if they are willing to go all out and take a stand for truth, the ultimate American truths, Christ and Constitution. If a certain group you support failed to take a stand with the Bundy family, beware of them, they are the wolves in sheeps clothing.
Do you love this nation, the land of the free and home of the brave? Are you willing to fight and die for your freedoms as our forefathers? Or are you to afraid to stand and fight? If you are too afraid to stand and fight then you should look at deprogramming as the remedy. Deprogram yourself from those thoughts of 'community', 'food sovereignty', 'going along to get along', and replace them with the American ideals of individual liberty and God given rights.
Knowledge is power and the key to success when taking on out of control government agencies. Use the Constitution and your local Sheriff when standing up for your rights, the success rate is extremely higher than gathering together as a 'community' and throwing rainbows and unicorns at the tyrants. Look to Mark Baker and what he is doing. Next look at Cliven Bundy, when his ranch was surrounded by 11 sniper teams, FoodFreedomUSA.org took the lead and gave the Bundy's press and then 'We the People', in the form of the Constitutional Well Regulated Organized Militia came to their rescue, without firing a shot. We, as Americans, have ten amendments in the Bill of Rights, don't be a turncoat and be prejudiced against any of the ten, use them all when necessary. Our un-a-lien-able rights come only from God, and from God alone do we derive our Liberty. So if it is all a warm and fuzzy green on the outside, you can bet that it is Marxist red on the inside.
On the common ground of my forefathers I will stand!
The truth is marching on!
With Liberty and Justice for all!

Being a former WAPf chapter leader I realize the value of nutrient dense foods. The work that a farmer puts into raising these healthy foods is truly a labor of love. Many people have a dire need for these foods, mostly for medical reasons. One could almost write a book with all the 'anecdotal' evidence you witness as WAPF chapter leader. These consumers sometimes go two hours or more out of their way for these life giving foods. In some areas of the country Co-ops have been organized to get the owners foods closer to home. Sounds great, right? Yeah, and it saves people gas and time. But, then the regulators, who are in bed with big agra, decide that you cannot have your food and it must be destroyed. This scenario sounds like the stories I used to hear almost fifty years ago from my great Grandmother as one of the main reasons they traveled across the ocean on a huge wooden ship to Ellis Island and became Americans. The Communists had taken Slovakia and the country had turned into a totalitarian police state. The Communist would take whatever food from their farm and garden that they wanted for the 'community' and for themselves without any form of compensation.
Once again we become witnesses to this type of Communist tyranny in Amerika, this time at the hands of the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD). My Family Co-Op was in the process of distributing the nutrient dense foods to the owners at one of their drop sites in Wayne county, Michigan when lo and behold a S.W.A.T. like raid ensued by the MDARD.
Deliveries are normally done by Jenny Samuelson, but due to a recent surgery her brother had filled in. Unbeknownst to him the refrigerated truck would be raided and he would be intimidated into a warrantless search and seizure by MDRAD agents on this particular run.
The food was embargoed until the dump. The Co-op wanted to give the food to Baker's Green Acres for animal feed but that was not allowed by MDARD for lack of a feed license on the Co-op's behalf. The police state mentality of the MDARD agency was going to prevail and they were hell-bent on observing the Co-op destroy this precious food. Over $3,600 of raw milk, raw butter, raw cream, and soy free eggs were seized and scheduled to be destroyed within the next few days. While the MDARD jackboots watched, the Co-op owners who were stressed and under duress, destroyed, as ordered, every single egg (1200), tossed the raw cream and raw butter in a dumpster, and poured the raw milk into a sprayer, and the thugs watched until every last drop was sprayed as fertilizer on a field, according to Samuelson the Co-op's coordinator.
No laws had been broken by the Co-op but MDARD's policy had been violated. Let me ask you readers this, since when does policy supercede the rule of law? No one had been made sick or injured by their products either! Once again due process is denied in Michigan.
My friend David Gumpert explained it best on his blog The Complete Patient: "There were all kinds of other ways for the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to have handled any problems they saw with My Family Co-Op. They could have warned Jenny Samuelson, the co-op’s owner that she was possibly violating a 2013 policy statement on herd shares. They could have given her a citation, listed the charges against her, held a hearing where she and the owners of the food could have attempted to answer the charges, and then levied a fine if she was found to be in violation. (Actually, the fine and such can still happen, since the seizure order placed on the food last week carries possible penalties, at the MDARD’s discretion.)"
Gumpert continues, "But those kinds of civilized steps would have forced the state to be businesslike and law-abiding. Collective punishment isn’t about being businesslike and law-abiding. It isn’t about presenting charges and letting the accused respond. It is about brute force and complete control. It is about sending a message about who is in charge, and what happens if you cut into corporate profits."
The Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund may have another battle on their hands soon in Michigan. FTCLDF president, Pete Kennedy, Esq. made this comment to FoodFreedomUSA: "It's always disappointing when the government treats someone, who is benefiting the health of the community, like a criminal. MDARD raided Jennifer Samuelson's truck without ever telling her what it thought was wrong with her operation beforehand. She was willing to work with the department. What has happened is a waste of taxpayer money and good food."
This scene is becoming all to common across the United States of America. If you did not take the time to read the Declaration of Independence for this past holiday, I urge you to read it now. Reflect upon the wisdom of our founding fathers and in it you will find the strength and courage to stand up to these collectivist agencies that are doing the bidding of the Agricultural Industrial Complex and destroying the lives of patriotic American family farmers.
Here are the videos of the dump:
It may be time for the food rights movement to adopt a battle song.
March of Cambreadth is the award-winning signature song of Alexander James Adams, previously known as Heather Alexander. The song is well known in film, Renaissance Fair and Society for Creative Anachronism circles. It has been featured in novels by Mike Shepherd, John Ringo and S.M. Stirling. It has also been parodied extensively.
March of Cambreadth received a Pegasus Award in 2006, in the category "Best Battle Song".
Axes flash, broadsword swing,
Shining armour's piercing ring
Horses run with polished shield,
Fight Those Bastards till They Yield
Midnight mare and blood red roan,
Fight to Keep this Land Your Own
Sound the horn and call the cry,
How Many of Them Can We Make Die!
Follow orders as you're told,
Make Their Yellow Blood Run Cold
Fight until you die or drop,
A Force Like Ours is Hard to Stop
Close your mind to stress and pain,
Fight till You're No Longer Sane
Let not one damn cur pass by,
How Many of Them Can We Make Die!
Guard your women and children well,
Send These Bastards Back to Hell
We'll teach them the ways of war,
They Won't Come Here Any More
Use your shield and use your head,
Fight till Every One is Dead
Raise the flag up to the sky,
How Many of Them Can We Make Die!
Dawn has broke, the time has come,
Move Your Feet to a Marching Drum
We'll win the war and pay the toll,
We'll Fight as One in Heart and Soul
Midnight mare and blood red roan,
Fight to Keep this Land Your Own
Sound the horn and call the cry,
How Many of Them Can We Make Die!
Sheriff Richard Mack gives an exemplary speech at Baker's Green Acres Constitution Hall.
The Solution to our governmental and budgetary woes does not lie in Washington D.C. The responsibility to restore common sense in our government lies squarely at the local level with the understanding of OUR Constitution. Enjoy...
Seems the food NAZI's in Michigan are on the war path once again. This time it is dairy, eggs, and cheese.

The Complete Patient blog
Jenny Samuelson was all set to do the deal dictated by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development: Dispose of nearly $5,000 worth of raw milk, cream, butter, eggs, and cheese. Under MDARD supervision, she was to bring the 250 gallons of milk to a neighboring farm, where the farmer would use it for fertilizer. The 10 gallons of cream and 20 pounds of butter would go in a dumpster. And the 100 dozen beautiful unwashed and unrefrigerated pastured eggs (raised without soy feed) would be smashed and turned into compost.
She would also discontinue all deliveries of cream and butter to herdshare members, despite their serious unhappiness about losing access to these foods.
But then the MDARD agents canceled out on the Saturday morning arrangements whereby they would observe the disposal of the food. They have now agreed to show up first thing Monday morning to watch the dirty deed.
Samuelson is pretty upset, as you might expect. She was trying to be an obedient citizen so she could have unfettered access to her refrigerated delivery truck and resume deliveries of raw milk. She had made the hard decision to go against what she feels is right and just, because she didn’t want to risk any further interruption in deliveries for the more than 600 families around Michigan that depend on her food.
She is still smarting from last Tuesday’s raid on her delivery truck in Washington Township, which saw agents from MDARD swarm aboard the delivery truck while it was stopped in a private parking lot, with her brother as driver. She thinks they had been following her and the truck for a number of day beforehand, and picked last Tuesday morning to do the raid instead of when she was driving, because they knew her brother likely wouldn’t know to demand a search warrant, and the presence of the local sheriff or police before being allowed (or possibly not being allowed) to take people's food.
They told her brother it would take an hour to look through the Co-Op’s inventory—instead it took six-and-a-half hours.
Later, the MDARD told her she was prohibited from giving the food to a farmer as feed for his pigs, since she didn’t have a feed license.
Perhaps most significant, she doesn’t feel they had the right to prevent the food from being delivered in the first place. “They didn’t seize my products,” she says. “They seized the consumers’ products.”
Samuelson has been doing this drill for more than six years--during which time her co-op has grown from 20 members to more than 600-- and knows the rules well. She says the cream and butter the MDARD was supposedly targeting were produced separately by the farmer from milk the members obtained as herdshare members, under contract to them individually. She also faults the special policy group that agreed with the MDARD last year in its policy statement that sanctioned herdshares for raw milk, but disallowed other raw dairy products. "I wasn't allowed to have a voice in that," despite her requests.
Now she finds herself wondering what to do if the MDARD doesn’t show up Monday morning as well. She wants the seized food off the truck .
“If they don’t show, we will be heading to Mark Baker’s farm to dump it with him” so he can feed it to his pigs. Baker is the Michigan farmer who continued raising pigs the state considered wild, and he got the state to agree that he could continue raising the pigs after he sued the the Department of Natural Resources.
But regardless of how she disposes of the food, Samuelson is going to have some members who are very unhappy because of her inability to continue delivering the raw cream and butter. “They are very pissed,” she says.
She is encouraging them to sue the state much like Mark Baker did. In the meantime, she is encouraging them to flood the MDARD with calls. Here are people she urges her members and sympathizers to contact:
Kevin Besey, director of the Food and Dairy Division, Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (phone 517-582-1156 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org)
Tim Slawinski, Compliance Manager, Food and Dairy Division (phone 517-420-5364 or email@example.com)
In a letter to her members today, she said: “The only way we can get cream and butter back is to WIN this war! You the people can do it!”

Author/speaker and former Sheriff Richard Mack has served in a wide variety of roles over the course of his nearly twenty year career in law enforcement, which began in Provo, Utah.
Mack began his career with the Provo Police Department as a parking enforcement cadet while attending BYU. A couple of years later he became a full-time officer and was soon promoted to Corporal, Sergeant, and Detective. After nearly 11 years at Provo PD, Mack decided to return to his childhood turf in Arizona and run for Graham County Sheriff. His campaign took off and he was elected in 1988.
He was sheriff for two terms until 1997. He was named Elected Official of the Year by the Arizona-NewMexico Coalition of Counties in 1994, received the NRA Law Officer of the Year, inducted into the NRA Hall of Fame, 1995 Cicero Award, Samuel Adams Leadership Award from the Local Sovereignty Coalition, and Gun Owners of America Defender of the Second Amendment Award.
During his tenure, federal officers informed the sheriffs of the state that they would be required to enforce the so-called “Brady Bill” and run background checks at their expense under the law. In 1994, Mack and six other sheriffs from across the country, challenged the constitutionality of the Brady Bill and ultimately, fought it all the way to the United States Supreme Court, where they won a monumental decision for freedom in a landmark 5-4 split decision based on the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
Mack has been a consultant on numerous cases regarding police abuse, brutality, and other misconduct by public officials. He has joined with other members of the law enforcement community to speak out in favor of drug policy reform.
The Bakers hope to see you on the farm Sunday, July 20 for a fun and educational time!

An aspiring singer and songwriter, Deanna Miller, would like to share with you, the readers at FoodFreedomUSA.org, a rap song she wrote to educate people on the difference between Big Ag's factory-farm pigs and the pigs raised on pasture in family farms. This easy listening rap song informs the listener of what the DNR was doing in Michigan to an American farmer, Mark Baker, of Bakers Green Acres in Michigan. The author hopes this song motivates you to donate to Baker's Green Acres cause.
Enjoy. You can also visit Deanna's site at:
Farmers and Ranchers flee their homes.
Use the above pledgie button and vote for freedom, and use your dollars to support a real American tried and true farmer, Mark Baker, in his battle with the tyrannical powers of the Michigan DNR. Facing a fine of nearly three quarters of a million dollars, Mark Baker refused to lie down and allow his pigs to be shot and our Constitution to be violated. His stoic defense of our Constitutional Rights, private property rights, and individual rights, is remarkable.
As anyone can see the war on for our food is only escalating. Most farmers in the Texas border towns are fleeing and leaving their farms and ranches, just to save their families lives from threats of death and transference communicable diseases that the current invasion of illegal aliens has brought to their towns. A lot of our food sources are being lost to these invaders whom are being turned loose on our streets by a totalitarian dictator in the district of criminals.
If you think throwing flowers and rainbows at the aggressors is the answer then you might as well throw your money to the wind. You need to support the historic American men of our day like Mark Baker, Cliven Bundy, and Vernon Hershberger, just to name a few. In numerous states there are many farmers and ranchers engaged in battles with an out of control, power crazed, behemoth, government. So Mark Baker is just one of a brave many.
Most of our founding fathers were farmers and ranchers. Just like Thomas jefferson and George Washington, Mark Baker has drawn a line in the sand and is currently doing more for your Constitutional Rights than any politician in Washington D.C.. Mark Baker is even throwing his hat into the ring for the Office of Sheriff in Missaukee County Michigan. Show him your support and donate to his pledgie campaign today, tomorrow may be too late.

The time has come for all American's to stand for their individual Constitutional Rights, and leave no farmer behind. It is going to take many people getting active today, making phone calls to the politicians, and by using their social media outlets to awaken and alert their friends to the war on for their food.
Mark Baker, of Bakers Green Acres is one farmer who has taken the bull by the horns, so to say. Baker has been stoic in his stand against the Michigan DNR's attempt at shutting down his family farm. A proud husband, father, and Veteran, Baker is taking a stand for your individual Constitutional Rights. He has gone so far as to throw his hat in the ring for Sheriff of Missaukee County Michigan. Would you? America needs you.
I urge you to support Baker in his fight against the tyrannical food 'authorities' of this nation and all the tramplers of our beloved US Constitution. Granted we all realize that the fight is bigger than just food, but if we fail to stop these tyrannical beasts at the farm gate, they will soon control all the food and all the people.
Without access to real foods we will become subject only to government approved food sources in the very near future. Are you comfortable with only having processed, irradiated, and pasteurized foods on your table? Are you willing to only consume the GMO foods Monsanto chooses for you to eat? Eat GMO's and die, or eat free and live. The choice is yours.
Most recently when the BLM had placed 11 sniper teams surrounding the Bundy Ranch in Nevada. Americans responded Constitutionally with Militia units from across the country to prevent a government planned disaster of an American rancher, Cliven Bundy. If the proper and lawful use of the Second Amendment ushers in a new era of peace for our farmers then so be it. If you were offended by the Militia and their response to government tyranny then you are part of the problem and not part of the solution.
If you think that the only answer to the problem is to act as a 'community' and band together for 'community rights' you have already been sucked into the rabbit hole of the false left right paradigm. Pull yourself up out of that rabbit hole and get yourself a copy of the US Constitution. Read it. Then, take an oath to uphold and defend that Constitution, and start sharing your new found knowledge with your friends. Invite them over a home cooked, farm fresh meal, and let them taste the sweet flavors of real food freedom.
From the makers of American Hogwash:
'this event is all about getting rid of our county sheriff that we have
Mark Baker for County Sheriff
The County Sheriff must go and Mark announces his candidacy.
"Without the Constitution we have nothing."
Truly the time has come for a patriotic American farmer to become a county sheriff. With the multitude of attacks on farmers and ranchers it comes as no surprise. In fact we are well overdue for more people to take up the cause for the love of liberty and the life of our Republic.
Mark Baker of Michigan is carrying the torch by throwing his hat in the ring for the County Sheriff's seat. Missaukee County residents should be honored to have such a man as Baker come to the aid of his friends and neighbors. Missaukee county sheriff James D. Bosscher was derelict in his duty to protect and serve the citizens of Missaukee County and now the people want him removed from office.
Go to BakersGreenAcres.com and show Mark and his family some support in whatever way you can!
there was only one thing that kept the BLM from running over the Bundy family and ranch....................
Food Freedom Discussion on Down the Rabbit Hole with Popeye; Guest: Pete Kennedy of the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund
On this edition of DTRH spends the first hour talking with Peter Kennedy, President and founding Board Member of the Farm-To-Consumer Legal Defense Fund. They discuss the legal case of Farmer Mark Baker, a farmer who was suing the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) over the legality of its swine Invasive Species Order. The two of them also get into raw milk and food raids; How everyone is affected by food freedom, and the Farm-To-Consumer Legal Defense Fund itself.
Mark Baker, who took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution has been forced to watch it be violated and trampled by the Michigan Attorney General, Bill Schuette, and Junior (Harold Martin assistant A.G.).
Your food source maybe next on the list for big brother government intrusion, and if that day comes to your farm will you stand as this Patriot farmer, or will you bow down and submit to being their slave?
The Baker's will need your help to continue farming, please help them in any way that you can. I urge you to go to http://bakersgreenacres.com/ and help them keep the family farm.
"The Bill of Rights is to protect citizenry from government."
"We need to put Constitutional people in place, it's worked for a lot of years in our country, it will continue to work."
Mark Baker of Baker's Green Acres has always refused the offer to back down when it came to the state of Michigan and the DNR ordering fines of $700,000 and the destruction of his heritage pigs - because they looked different. For nearly three years, the Bakers have been hanging on by a thread while pushed by aggressive tactics from three agencies - Michigan, the DNR and the USDA - which had embargoed and closed in on them, even threatening them with a raid and bullying their friends and buyers. While Michigan finally retreated, it doesn't change the situation for anyone else or arbitrary attacks in the future.
This compelling video recaps what happened, provides an update and encouragement for what we can do help farmers facing the same situation. Mark isn't just fighting for himself. See more below.
From Randy Buchler, publicist for Baker's Green Acres:
As a publicist for Baker's Green Acres, I am asking for your help. Their domestic family farm operation has been all but destroyed over the last 2+ years due to government harassment, threats and an unconstitutional Invasive Species Order and Declaratory Ruling from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.
However, on February 26th, 2014, the DNR and Attorney General's office conceded that Baker's pigs are no longer illegal. Their reversal on their stance with Baker's pigs was a move to avoid going to trial where they would have been forced to explain their selective enforcement under oath. It also resulted in a ruling that there would be no damages awarded to Mark and his family. But, that doesn't mean it's over. Now is the time to hold our leaders of the State of Michigan responsible for their actions. From the DNR to the Attorney General's office to the Governor's office, we have been let down time and time again. The elected officials and bureaucrats that are not representing the Constitution of the people must be replaced. The agenda's they are serving are that of Corporate and self interests, not that of the people. We the People have the power to change that, as this is an election year. But, we must act now! Please watch this powerful video put together by Baker's Green Acres to understand where this issue stands today. If you prepay $25 now, you will receive a DVD of Hogwash The American Pig Tale before this year's elections. Just click on the "Buy Now" button at http://bakersgreenacres.com/. Your help is necessary to finish the documentary and to continue our work toward preserving our constitutional rights in Michigan. Thank you in advance for helping protect the people!
