Wisconsin is one of 18 states in America where it is illegal to sell milk that has not been pasteurized.
"The sale or distribution of raw or unpasteurized milk is illegal," reads a statement by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. "The law exempts the 'incidental sale' of raw milk directly to a consumer at the dairy farm where the milk is produced, for consumption by that consumer (or the consumer's family or nonpaying guests). But those sales are also illegal if done as a regular business, or if they involve advertising of any kind."
According to data compiled by the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, there are currently only 10 states that allow retail sales of raw milk, with most of the others limiting sales only to the farm.
Those who defend raw milk restrictions believe that raw milk is inherently dangerous no matter how it is produced.
"The modern milking machine and stainless steel tank, along with efficient packaging and distribution, make pasteurization totally unnecessary for the purposes of sanitation," explain raw milk proponents Sally Fallon Morell and Mary G. Enig, Ph.D., in their book, "Nourishing Traditions."
"Raw milk contains lactic acid-producing bacteria that protect against pathogens."
Local chef and activist LouLou Griffin Goulee, agrees. She has been drinking raw milk off and on for most of her life.
"My grandfather had a farm in Nashua, N.H.," she says. "I remember standing ten or twenty feet from a cow as my aunt milked it and aimed it right into my mouth. That experience – the warm, creamy milk -- made me want to be a chef."
She took her love of food with her and traveled – cooking on a farm in Switzerland where "Lola the cow would stick her face in my window and lick me every morning" and eventually ending up working as a cook in Colorado, where she continued to develop an appreciation for good, wholesome ingredients like grass-fed beef, farm fresh vegetables and raw milk and raw milk products.
When she and her husband, Griffin, decided to move back to Milwaukee for him to take a teaching job, Goulee says she was shocked to find that raw milk wasn't accessible to her.
"It killed me," she says. "It's the land of fifty million cows, and I couldn't get milk."
So, she began connecting with national raw milk activists and eventually local farmers. One of the farmers was a man by the name of Vernon Hershberger.
An Amish farmer in Sauk County, Hershberger established a herd-share cooperative through which investing members entrust Hershberger with the care and milking of heifers in return for distribution of raw milk.
Goulee joined the cooperative. She also became the conduit for Hershberger to distribute milk to members in the Milwaukee area.
"I heard from so many people that they were driving for two and a half hours to get milk," she says. "And many of them were scared of the repercussions. That made me angry."
But, despite the fact that she was able to procure milk for herself and assist others in the process, Goulee says it still bothered her to think that access to raw milk and other healthy foods was so difficult.
Hershberger had, after all, become a prominent face in the raw milk debate.
When Goolee met him, he'd just been taken to trial, having been charged in 2010 with producing milk, operating a dairy plant without a license and selling food at a retail establishment, and violating a holding order placed on his products by the state Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.
It bothered her that farmers like Hershberger are constantly under the gun – prohibited from running clean organic farms and freely selling their milk to eager consumers. But, at the time, she didn't know what could be done.
In a courtroom last June – in what raw milk proponents saw as a victory – a Sauk County jury threw out three of four criminal charges against Hershberger, ruling that the government did not have jurisdiction over the farmer since he was providing food to willing consumers as part of a private agreement. Hershberger was charged, however, with a misdemeanor for violating a holding order on his raw milk stores. And, despite an appeal, the conviction was upheld.
Since that time, jurors have stepped forward with claims that information, which would likely have led the jury to acquit Hershberger of the misdemeanor, was unnecessarily withheld from them. Several of the jurors were so moved by the case that they now want to join Hershberger's buying club to be able to access raw milk for their families, indicating that it seems a precious waste of state resources to target a man supplying wholesome food to informed and willing buyers.
It's a message that resonates with Goulee, who decided this past winter to plan a fund-raiser for Hershberger and others who are fighting for fair food.
"It started out as a small idea, a small function," she says. "I was thinking maybe a potluck. But, when Turner Hall gifted me their space, I knew I had to make it bigger."
And bigger is a bit of an understatement.
The Food Freedom Fundraiser, which will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 26, beginning at 5 p.m. at the Turner Hall Ballroom, 1034 N. 4th St., will boast big names like Joel Salatin, an activist Virginia farmer made famous when he was featured in Michael Pollan's bestselling book, "The Omnivore's Dilemma."
Other speakers will include Vernon Hershberger, David Gumpert, author of "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Food Rights," raw milk activist and filmmaker Max Kane, Elizabeth Rich of the Farm to Consumer Legal Fund, and Gretchen Meade of Milwaukee's Victory Garden Initiative.
Vendors – including Happy Mouth Organics, Brew City Gardens, Backyard Organics USA and the Weston Price Foundation will be present, selling meats, cheeses, vegetables and eco-friendly gardening supplies like vermicompost. And entertainment will be provided by Milwaukee folk-bluegrass band, Calamity Janes.
Tickets for the event are $25, with a reduced rate of $10 for students. $50 will grant attendees VIP admission, which includes a reception and meet and greet with Joel Salatin. All proceeds from the event will go to support the Hershberger farm, which survived a fire in April of last year, the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund and local groups including the Victory Garden Initiative.
Goulee says the aim of the event is to "create awareness, eliminate fear-mongering and support farmers like Vernon who want to make a difference."
"Ultimately it's about food freedom," she says. "I want people to be able to be healthy. I want them to be able to have access to good, healthy food."
Tickets for the Food Freedom Fundraiser can be purchased online at pabsttheater.org or at The Pabst Theater box office at 144 E. Wells St.
When a duly elected Sheriff refuses to do his sworn duty to the people he serves, bad things happen. Fortunately the Militia came to the aid of the Bundy family whom was under siege by BLM thugs and spared the family from a "Ruby Ridge' type incident. Maybe it is time for Ammon Bundy to run for the office of Sheriff.
August 6, 2014
To Sheriff Doug Gillespie, Clark County Nevada Sheriff's Department,
In a recent press conference, you mentioned 1) the BLM lied to you and 2) Bundy brought armed men to the ranch for protection.
While I can't speak to the validity of your first claim, we unequivocally take issue with the second. We never asked for armed men to come to our aid. In fact, everyone who arrived at the Bundy ranch (men, women, armed & unarmed) voluntarily came to support the constitutional rights that you failed to defend. Had you not neglected your duty to defend our rights, the rights of the very people for whom you swore a solemn oath to defend, there never would have been a standoff in the first place.
So while you chastise my family and pontificate about how "Bundy should be held accountable for crossing the line", let it be known that the responsibility for this escalation rests primarily at the doorstep of the Clark County Sheriff's office.
Please allow me a moment to remind you of some of the history leading up to that day:
When our first amendment rights were stripped down to a 20'x50' box, you did nothing. When armed men trampled my brother, beat him and nearly took his life, you refused to protect. When women, infants, and children were held captive at gunpoint by angry and violent men, our cries for help fell on deaf ears.
When men and women literally wounded and bleeding were in need of emergency assistance, because you allowed these heavy hands to afflict us, you then refused the emergency medical services to be dispatched for our care.
When we called, you said, "there wasn't anything you could do". You said, "this fight was between the Bundy's and the BLM". However, you commanded your deputies to stand by while their own families and community members were being inflicted upon and threatened with lethal weapons.
Sheriff, your response demonstrates that you have a fundamental misunderstanding of your place in our government. You have more authority and responsibility than any federal agency, and yet you cowardly forced the people to defend themselves.
Evidence in your power and responsibility was never more apparent than at the standoff. When your deputies told the federal agents to back down - the federal agents backed down. They backed down because your deputies who had constitutional and jurisdictional authority from the people, finally did what the people hired you and them to do, and insisted that these federal agents stop their abuses.
In the end, your deputies did the right thing, but Sheriff, you should have never let it come to this. While the BLM was willing to shoot my family over land and power, we were willing to die for our families, our livelihoods and our constitutional rights. You should have been defending these rights for us. That's what we elected you to do.
Thankfully, the American people came to our defense. They came to our defense because you failed to do your duty. For that you should be grieved and held accountable.
I offer warning to you and other government personnel that lead or follow your example. The people are in unrest because of these types of egregious actions. The purpose of government is to protect and uphold the unalienable rights of the people, not to infringe upon them. It is our duty and obligation to defend our God-given rights if our government representatives fail to do so, or tries to discard them. We as citizens desire to live in peace and tranquility, but will defend our freedoms if necessary, in order to do so. I call upon you Sheriff Gillespie, and all civil servants, to honorably effectuate the true purpose of government, to uphold the oaths and duties of your sworn offices-to truly be representative of the people, by the people and for the people.
I leave you with the wisdom of Thomas Jefferson:
"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual."

Many 'green apples' are being offered for your consumption. Do not eat the 'green apple' being disguised as Liberty! The most generally accepted definition says that liberty is the ability to act according to one's own will. Socialists relate liberty to the equal distribution of wealth. Does individual liberty threaten 'community'? Should we give up human freedom or freedom of association for the sake of the collective?
Once FoodFreedomUSA.org came into being the Communists were out in force to bring us into their camp. No way was that going to happen on my watch. The hopes of us spreading their warm and fuzzy propaganda were dashed. Instead of selling out to these New World Order chameleons, we would stand by the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence. For instance, at FoodFreedomUSA.org we have taught 'jury nullification' to food club members, promoted and brought in Sheriff Richard Mack to Wisconsin for educational talks, spearheaded fundraisers for the Hershberger family who suffered tremendous losses with that 'mysterious' fire just days before the trial, and we lead the populist resistance during the now famous Vernon Hershberger raw milk trial in Wisconsin.
Daily, people who visit FoodFreedomUSA.org, continue to awaken to the Communist code words such as 'community' and 'food sovereignty' that are being slung at them as politically correct speech in the foodie world. The idea that 'community' is the answer to your 'food sovereignty' is nothing but Marxism and pure Socialist indoctrination. These pacifist organizations will try to sell you honey but all you will get is stung in the end. Don't Bee fooled.
Many of these pacifist individuals in the food choice arena absolutely detest traditional American patriotism and any sense of individual God given freedom. They are willing to comply and protest from their 'free speech zones', and are more than willing to be the good little slaves that get that stamp of approval from the powers that be, by begging the government for 'permission' to eat and drink foods that have been given to man for his nourishment since the beginning of Creation (see Genesis). Some are even going so far to disguise themselves as Libertarians, beware of these modern day Communists who continue to push their anti-American agenda under the guise of feeding the 'community'.
Embrace Liberty. Reject those Communist ideals of 'community' and 'food sovereignty', most especially when they are disguised as liberty. Your education is the key to your freedom. If you find yourself in the presence of a food rights activist that abhors the fact that the Militia showed up in Bunkerville, Nevada to assist the Cliven Bundy family, take note that they are part of the problem of social engineering that has destroyed our American culture. Hatred will spew from these 'activists' when you stand up for the Second Amendment and Lawful Immigration. Only in a 'community' do they believe that you can have your freedom. What these 'community' activists hate more than anything is an educated resistance that can think for themselves. Wolves love sheep.
Arm yourselves with the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Holy Bible. Watch and see if they are willing to go all out and take a stand for truth, the ultimate American truths, Christ and Constitution. If a certain group you support failed to take a stand with the Bundy family, beware of them, they are the wolves in sheeps clothing.
Do you love this nation, the land of the free and home of the brave? Are you willing to fight and die for your freedoms as our forefathers? Or are you to afraid to stand and fight? If you are too afraid to stand and fight then you should look at deprogramming as the remedy. Deprogram yourself from those thoughts of 'community', 'food sovereignty', 'going along to get along', and replace them with the American ideals of individual liberty and God given rights.
Knowledge is power and the key to success when taking on out of control government agencies. Use the Constitution and your local Sheriff when standing up for your rights, the success rate is extremely higher than gathering together as a 'community' and throwing rainbows and unicorns at the tyrants. Look to Mark Baker and what he is doing. Next look at Cliven Bundy, when his ranch was surrounded by 11 sniper teams, FoodFreedomUSA.org took the lead and gave the Bundy's press and then 'We the People', in the form of the Constitutional Well Regulated Organized Militia came to their rescue, without firing a shot. We, as Americans, have ten amendments in the Bill of Rights, don't be a turncoat and be prejudiced against any of the ten, use them all when necessary. Our un-a-lien-able rights come only from God, and from God alone do we derive our Liberty. So if it is all a warm and fuzzy green on the outside, you can bet that it is Marxist red on the inside.
On the common ground of my forefathers I will stand!
The truth is marching on!
With Liberty and Justice for all!
Sheriff Richard Mack gives an exemplary speech at Baker's Green Acres Constitution Hall.
The Solution to our governmental and budgetary woes does not lie in Washington D.C. The responsibility to restore common sense in our government lies squarely at the local level with the understanding of OUR Constitution. Enjoy...

Update July 24, 2014
When wisconsin raw milk farmer Vernon Hershberger submitted to the Wisconsin Court System, a jury became his only true hope of remaining a free man. The only problem was the corrupted court system of Wisconsin and the appointed ringmaster, Judge Guy Reynolds. It was under his 'mis'-direction that words like Liberty and raw milk were banned from the courtroom. Documents were redacted as to prevent the jury from getting both sides of the story. Biased as this court was with the evidence suppressed intentionally to favor the State prosecutors and the agricultural industrial complex of Wisconsin, Hershberger was forcefully and coercively entered into their game.
The jury was misguidedly lead into finding Hershberger guilty on the one count of violating a holding order issued by an agency that had admittedly stated, after the raids, that they did not have jurisdiction; but sure were hell bent on destroying this buyers club and family farm. Yet the jury could see through the rest of the evidence and found Hershberger not guilty on the other three counts.
Hershberger started to go at it alone, a man against the system. He argued that he operates a private buying club and that DATCP did not have jurisdiction over the Right to Choose Healthy Food Buyers Club. Eventually the lawyers of the Farm to Consumer legal Defense Fund came to the aid of Hershberger who valiantly had fought the system alone for quite sometime. The FTCLDF attorney, Elizabeth Rich, had been watching from the front row and by her expressions you could see she was well aware the court itself was trying to railroad this raw milk farmer. FTCLDF attorney Elizabeth Rich was the first to step forward and offer her services to Hershberger for the trial he had tried to avert. This trial was going to proceed either by hook or crook. They argued on appeal that he wouldn't have been found guilty had an unedited copy of the state's holding order been placed into evidence, and that the Sauk County Circuit Court wrongly precluded him from introducing evidence to bolster his defense.
Unbelievably the state appeals court rejected all of his arguments. Hershberger was fined $1,000 plus court costs.
Wisconsin Department of Justice spokeswoman Dana Brueck heralded the court's ruling.
"This appeal is not a referendum on the desirability of on-the-farm sales of raw milk products," she said. "Rather, it involves the ways in which a defendant may — and may not — challenge a (state) holding order."
Even with the heavily redacted document, which the jurors admit lead to a misdemeanor conviction, Hershberger was found not guilty last year of three other charges alleging he sold retail food, produced milk, and operated a dairy plant without proper state licenses.
Wisconsin based attorney Elizabeth Rich, Vice President of the FTCLDF, sheds great light upon misdirection the authoritarian government has taken in Wisconsin, with this comment to FoodFreedomUSA.org. "The Court of Appeals decision continues a disturbing trend toward empowering administrative agencies to exercise their authority unchecked. Our courts have placed themselves in a strait jacket that prevents any meaningful review of agency actions. This is contrary to the role of the judiciary as it was conceived by the framers of our Constitution. The holding order in the Hershberger case stated that the dairy products subject to the order were "misbranded" and "adulterated." The order also included the statutory definition of those terms--which states, among other things, that the products were "dangerous to human health." All of that information was redacted from the order that was shown to the jury. We believe the jury should have had the opportunity to review the unredacted order, and that Mr. Hershberger was denied due process of law and prevented from putting on a defense to the criminal charges against him when this information was withheld from the jury. This case is an example of the danger of judicial deference to agency action that has become the norm in this State. Deference to agency action means no discussion of the facts and how the law relates to the facts. The agency has no need to explain its actions and no fear that those actions will be subject to judicial scrutiny. The agency is, in theory, obligated to make its factual determinations based on applicable law--but because the judiciary has ceded its reviewing authority to the executive branch, there is no longer any objective, reasoned evaluation about whether the agency correctly applied the law. We have gutted the checks and balances system so carefully designed by our nation's founders."
Ajna Sharma Wilson, a young, fresh attorney from the left coast of the United States a.k.a. Kalifornia, whom had traveled to Wisconsin to assist the FTCLDF during the trial, had this to say to FoodFreedomUSA.org: "It is not the people of Wisconsin who have spoken in this decision. The food movement won in the eyes of the jury when Hershberger was found not guilty of three counts in this matter.
The decision made by the judiciary in Wisconsin to not review this matter is indicative of the lack of checks and balances that have been allowed by our governmental agencies, legislative and judiciary.
During the trial there was so much hidden from the jury, including the true intent of the enforcement agencies to create a hostile environment for this defendant, his family, and private buyers club.
No one deserves to go through what Hershberger and his family have experienced," said Sharma-Wilson
At FoodFreedomUSA we find the answer to this whole mess is that objective truth is above your masters and people alike. Therefore if the people have the truth on their side, we the people are then superior to the masters if the masters do not have the truth. On the other hand if the people do not have the truth, they have no right to rise up against the masters. In brief, if they are right, they have the right. If they are not right, they have no right. And what tells if they are right or not? Neither masters (necessarily), nor people (still less necessarily), but reality, even if masters or people, or both, conspire to smother it. The truth will set you free.
A hot topic: the sale and use of raw milk products.
Charges were dropped against raw milk advocate, Michael Hartmann who was in court this morning battling for what he considers a personal liberty.
Hartmann says,"Everyone has their own lives and it should be up to them to decide what they want."
For Hartmann and his family who were supporting him in court today...it's been a stressful couple of years dealing with this case, but now he's moving forward.
Hartmann says, "Now I can freely work with my customers, my consumers and it's going to make my days a little easier."
"We think that the state was overreaching, trying to impose licensing requirements through the criminal procedure, which they could not do otherwise."
The case opened in 2010, but Hartmann violated his probation...the judge stated in today's hearing the defendant had made a 'good faith effort' and 'no further action' would be necessary.
Even though, Hartmann was free to go, he is still determined to keep supporting the cause.
Hartmann says, "It's not really finished, but it's a real step in the right direction and I think now we have more confidence that we can move forward. They're going to have to respect the rights of the people."
Even though the issue hasn't been put to a permanent rest, the case is still ongoing with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
It's still a victory in the eyes of Hartmann.
Hartmann says, "It should be their choice and it should be available without the intervention of the government."
Baer says, "If I make a bang out sauerkraut, I should be able to sell it to you without the intrusion of the state in that transaction."
A sense of humor and a sigh of relief as one case comes to a close.
While illegal in Minnesota, other states allow the retail sale of raw milk.

An aspiring singer and songwriter, Deanna Miller, would like to share with you, the readers at FoodFreedomUSA.org, a rap song she wrote to educate people on the difference between Big Ag's factory-farm pigs and the pigs raised on pasture in family farms. This easy listening rap song informs the listener of what the DNR was doing in Michigan to an American farmer, Mark Baker, of Bakers Green Acres in Michigan. The author hopes this song motivates you to donate to Baker's Green Acres cause.
Enjoy. You can also visit Deanna's site at:
Farmers and Ranchers flee their homes.
Use the above pledgie button and vote for freedom, and use your dollars to support a real American tried and true farmer, Mark Baker, in his battle with the tyrannical powers of the Michigan DNR. Facing a fine of nearly three quarters of a million dollars, Mark Baker refused to lie down and allow his pigs to be shot and our Constitution to be violated. His stoic defense of our Constitutional Rights, private property rights, and individual rights, is remarkable.
As anyone can see the war on for our food is only escalating. Most farmers in the Texas border towns are fleeing and leaving their farms and ranches, just to save their families lives from threats of death and transference communicable diseases that the current invasion of illegal aliens has brought to their towns. A lot of our food sources are being lost to these invaders whom are being turned loose on our streets by a totalitarian dictator in the district of criminals.
If you think throwing flowers and rainbows at the aggressors is the answer then you might as well throw your money to the wind. You need to support the historic American men of our day like Mark Baker, Cliven Bundy, and Vernon Hershberger, just to name a few. In numerous states there are many farmers and ranchers engaged in battles with an out of control, power crazed, behemoth, government. So Mark Baker is just one of a brave many.
Most of our founding fathers were farmers and ranchers. Just like Thomas jefferson and George Washington, Mark Baker has drawn a line in the sand and is currently doing more for your Constitutional Rights than any politician in Washington D.C.. Mark Baker is even throwing his hat into the ring for the Office of Sheriff in Missaukee County Michigan. Show him your support and donate to his pledgie campaign today, tomorrow may be too late.

'this event is all about getting rid of our county sheriff that we have
By: Pete Kennedy, Esq.
Next month, the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) is scheduled to introduce in the Illinois Register proposed regulations on the production and sale of raw milk in the state–regulations that a number of Illinois raw milk producers believe could put them out of business.
The proposed regulations include the following provisions for raw milk producers:
In 2012 and 2013 a dairy workgroup led by Molly Lamb, Division Chief of the IDPH Division of Food, Drugs and Dairy, met to draft regulations governing raw milk sales and production. The dairy workgroup eventually consisted of an even balance of raw milk supporters and opponents; but at the time the initial draft of the regulations were written—most of which is now part of the proposed regulations—the workgroup was almost entirely made up of those opposing raw milk.
The dairy workgroup is a subcommittee of the Food Safety Advisory Committee (FSAC) of which Lamb serves as chair. FSAC which–among other things– provides advice on food safety matters to IDPH, is not mandated by statute but is supported through an FDA Food Safety Task Force Grant. In other words, money from a federal agency–that has banned raw milk in interstate commerce and would like to see it banned in intrastate commerce–funded a workgroup to draft regulations for raw milk production and sales. Aside from funding the workgroup, FDA also has one of its own employees, Larry Trandel, on the workgroup.
Journalist Tom Kocal of the Prairie Advocate News in Lanark, Illinois wrote a series of articles on the dairy workgroup, including coverage of a workgroup meeting on May 1, 2013, that was open to the public. Kocal quotes Lamb as saying that since IDPH had adopted the federal government Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), the IDPH must now create rules for raw milk simply because the Act says it must. Lamb’s statement is not true. There is nothing in FSMA that requires a state to issue regulations governing raw milk. For Lamb to even make that claim shows the influence FDA (and its money—during fiscal year 2012, IDPH received over $894,000 in grants from FDA) has over the Illinois Department of Public Health. In case anyone needed to be reminded of FDA’s position on raw milk, Trandel stated at the meeting that “We [FDA] do not consider raw milk safe for human consumption. All raw milk is considered potentially adulterated.”
WHAT’S NEXTOnce IDPH introduces the proposed rules there will be a 45-day comment period in which supporters of raw milk and freedom of choice will have an opportunity to make their views known to IDPH.
Ask the department to withdraw the proposed regulations and let a policy that has worked well for many years remain in place. If any branch of government should be acting on this issue, it should be the state legislature passing a bill to codify the existing policy. Stop the FDA end-around on representative government in Illinois.
For updates on the proposed regulations, please check the Illinois Alliance for Raw Milk Facebook page and this website.
Sharing is caring!

If there is anyone who does not yet understand that these GMO foods are a soft kill weapon, and an act of war against the American people, pull your head out of the sand now.
May 19, 2014
In an act of lucidity and light that our own country should somewhat imitate, Russian lawmakers are considering equating GMO-related activities to a terrorist act or death threat, a criminal act that Russia says deserves the punishment which killers and creators of mass ecological and human genocide deserve.
A Russian newspaper, Izvestia, writes that criminal liability will be imposed on any act that involves producing, selling, or transporting genetically modified organisms, if Russian lawmakers get their way.
A bill supporting this ideaology was submitted to the Russian State Duma lower parliament house by the Duma agrarian committee as well as the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR) (who claimed the parliament’s bill was too mild.) Those initiating the bill suggest that criminal responsibility should be applicable to companies and government officials, but not to farmers who were convinced that GMOs were safe to grow. They believe individuals should only undergo disciplinary action, and not criminal charges.
The bill would also heavily fine companies for distorting or concealing information about the environmental impacts of GMOs. If this bill were to pass in the US, I’m sure Monsanto would go broke paying all the fines they would be subject to. They’ve paid off scientists and entire institutions, as well as our own FDA and EPA to conceal evidence about both health and environmental damage that GMOs cause. Government officials would be subject to a fine fine of 1,000-2,000 roubles, and legal entities like corporations to a fine of 10,000-20,000 roubels. Several of our Congress persons and Senators would be swimming in fines as well.
Kirill Cherkasov, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma agrarian committee, pointed out that tight regulation is needed since many GMOs have been insinuated into foreign market via the World Trade Organization. Cherkasov suggested that a package of amendments to the national laws regulating technical and economic aspects of GMO-related activities should be submitted by its autumn session.
Sometimes it seems our country has traded places with the cold war communists of days past. We may not agree with everything that Vladimir Putin does in the name of Russia, but at least he is willing to do what our President is not in the US – protect his people from genetically modified foods by keeping them out of the country.

As we have had the opportunity to reflect on the events that took place between March 26th and April 12th, 2014—we have experienced feelings of concern, confusion, fear, anger, sadness and joy. Our peaceful community has been shaken. In many ways, we are still processing the magnitude of what took place. We ask ourselves so many questions; did the federal government really come into this valley and terrorize our community? Did hundreds of armed forces, in Red Dawn fashion, lock down the hills and valleys of our peaceful home—threatening at gunpoint, anyone who stepped off the paved road, with forceful and lethal action? Did we really see armed forces convoying through the streets of our town, diligently recording names and identities of anyone who glanced wrong or opposed them in any way? Was there really heavy equipment in the form of dump trucks and backhoes, on our mountains, tearing up infrastructure that we have used for hundreds of years, and is vital to our survival? Were we truly in the crosshairs of snipers, and under surveillance by the latest in technological weapons? Did these forces actually point their rifles in the faces of our little children, while beating their unarmed fathers to the dirt and hauling them off in chains? Did they really body-slam our friend, a 59 year old woman to the ground, and sic German Shepherds on our neighbors—even a pregnant woman? Did they actually shock a man multiple times with a 50,000 volt Taser for honorably protecting his aunt, while she gathered herself out of the dust? We reflect in sadness and awe that this could take place in our little town.
The terror of armed men occupying our land will never be forgotten. The feelings of despair of these events will long reside in our hearts. Thoughts of anxiousness that this may ever happen again, will awaken us from our pillows from time to time. During quiet reflection, we may ask ourselves if we did the right thing by resisting. Were we in the right when we acted to safeguard ourselves? When the only response to our multiple pleas for help was silence, when we were left alone to clean our cuts and wounds, did we have a divine right, duty, and obligation to protect our family and ourselves? We recall the many times we pleaded with our local government to protect us; the numerous times we called 911, and begged our Sheriff to send his deputies to assist. Our cries of distress were met with silence. We ask ourselves, “Did we try hard enough to get our local government and law enforcement to act as a buffer and perform their duty to protect and serve?” Were the hundreds of phone calls not enough, or is it just that our elected leaders and Sheriff have forsaken the people in trade for power and money? We whole-heartedly want to believe that our Sheriff would not abandon us, but where has his shielding influence been? Why was he not here to represent and protect the very men, women and children of his county that he swore an oath for? Why did he stand silent and neutral, knowing our community was in terror? What was his motivation of inaction; was it fear of the federal government or political reprisal from powerful politicians?
The scars of this traumatic event will heal over time. We hope our community will eventually return to a sense of normalcy. We fervently hope and pray that these heavy-handed tactics will not be used on us or any other American ever again. We wonder if our hopes will be in vain; will they return? Will they come back with greater force and more cunning tactics than before? Will our Sheriff keep his oath this time, and use his lawful forces to stop them, or will the people be left to their own protection? Will the good people of this nation yet again have to come running to the rescue of a neighbor? Will veterans, retired police force, churches, businesses, families and individuals have to unite once again to confront these acts of governmental terror upon the American people? Will our local government rouse themselves from disaffection and intervene—protecting the people? Will they stop fearing to do the right thing and come to the realization that the people are more important than a government agency? Will they fight for the rights of the state and her people? They must stop putting personal gain and advancement in front of the rights of citizens. They need to recognize, that as our elected representatives, they have more power than those governing in brute force, as they have the might of the people of this state backing them. With that power we invest in them, they have the obligation to safeguard our livelihoods, combat forces of fear, and protect our lives with their own.
A few weeks ago, our community was in a state of innocence and naivety. We felt safe and mostly kept to ourselves. We thought the world’s problems would only affect us through television, and could be shut off with the push of a button. Our innocence has left us now, we have experienced first-hand the breath of force upon our necks. We have gasped in desperation as our lives and agency were threatened. Our cries have been ignored by our guardians in the next room. We faced a choice—either lie down and submit helplessly in defeat, or bite, scratch, and fight until help would come.
We are eternally and profoundly grateful for the many heroic neighbors who heard our desperate cries and crashed through the windows to rescue. We additionally thank the thousands that came from every States in this great nation, and stood in front of raised guns in our defense, and for the hope that those same guns would never come to their doors and their families. We are grateful for those that arrived with pen and camera, those that arrived with faith and prayers, and those that arrived with fist and gun. The variety of support from all walks of life has shown that this was an event that truly touched the good hearts of many Americans. We cannot thank you all enough—you have restored our faith in the goodness of the American people.
Our message to all, is that it is time to make things right. It is time to adhere to the supreme law of the land—The Constitution of the United States. It is time to understand right, stand for what’s right, and do whatever it takes to make it right. We must continue the vision of our Founding Fathers in preserving the freedoms of the American people and the sovereign rights of the States. A nation can never abandon its fate to an authority it cannot control. Men must decide if their rights and freedoms are God-granted or are assigned by a federal government. We believe in the rule of laws and sustain a limited government. May God bless us to protect this sacred instrument.
The Bundy Family
By: Sheriff Brad Rogers, Elkhart County, Indiana
April 21, 2014 at 8:54pm
I arrived at the Cliven Bundy Ranch Friday, April 18, 2014 through Sunday, April 20, 2014, taking a personal vacation and not on the taxpayer dime. I was invited by Oathkeepers and the Bundy family to come out and visit. I wanted to see what was really going on in that neck of the woods. There are plenty of opinions all around. I saw first hand many of the dynamics and actually spoke with Mr. Bundy, a 67 year old rancher, on the situation. The Bundy's have a modest, almost rustic residence and buildings, nothing like the Ewing Ranch of TV fame "Dallas".
You may think this is a Nevada issue, and why should I concern myself with a rancher in Nevada who is butting heads with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM)? This does not impact Elkhart County, so why go to Nevada and get involved?
You and I should be concerned about what is occurring in Nevada, Oregon, California and New Mexico, and other states where Sheriffs and County Commissioners have interposed themselves between the Federal agencies such as BLM and Forest Service, and the people of their county. As the highest elected law enforcement officer in the nation, the Sheriff has great authority (and obligation) to protect the people from criminals, and sometimes an overreaching government itself. Even though this is currently occurring in Nevada, something similar will be coming to a location near you. You can bet on it. It may not be the BLM in Indiana, but it will be another alphabet soup Federal agency trying to flex their muscle.
I am very sensitive to Federal government overreach since my confrontation with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) over numerous and unreasonable inspections of an Amish milk farmer in Elkhart County back in 2011. The Feds had subpoenaed the farmer to appear before a grand jury in Michigan about a week later, likely to make an example out of him and put him out of business. The Amish farmer was committing a "horrible crime" of distributing raw milk to members of food co-ops in a private contract. No one was getting sick or harmed by the raw milk. The co-op members knew exactly what they were getting in raw milk. The farmer was not breaking any state law.
I told the DOJ attorney that any more Federal agents show up to inspect the farmer's property (as the farmer had withdrawn his consent), without a warrant based on probable cause and signed by a judge, that I would have them arrested for trespass or otherwise removed from the premises. I have to abide by the 4th Amendment; the Federal government needs to also. That action by your elected Sheriff (sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution) unleashed a dissertation and threat of arrest by the DOJ trial attorney, stating that the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution has always been known that Federal law (or vexations known at administrative rules promulgated often by unelected bureaucrats) overrules anything that state or local government could possibly have laws for or against. I reminded the attorney that the Supremacy Clause (which part he conveniently ignored) "shall be the supreme Law of the Land" only when "...the Laws of the United States shall be made in Pursuance thereof", meaning the Constitution. (Article 6, Sec 2)
Why do I get involved, on my vacation, even though this situation has no immediate impact on Elkhart County? Because I love people. I love my country. I love the Republic for which our flag stands. I left my family over the Easter weekend, missed a niece's birthday party, missed a church service celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ, my Lord, because I love my family and do not want to see them live in a country where our freedom and liberties are eroded. Because I love people, I don't want to see Federal agents or those opposing those agents come to any harm. I'm seeing violence ready to break out. I was observing this in the media from Indiana and stated on Facebook, "My prediction: This is not going to end well. Another Waco? Another Ruby Ridge? I'm still hoping for a peaceful resolution." Yet, I observed people saying, "Bundy should be damned; he's trespassing... Whatever it takes to get him off the property...Kill the protesters and the family." Some people seem to be really violent and merciless, even without all the facts. Pride, at least on the law enforcement side, is stubborn and unyielding in this case. How can we maintain peace and avoid bloodshed? In any law enforcement action, I always strive to avoid bloodshed in my county. My family said I must go. So, I did.
Events leading up to my arrival: On April 9, BLM, encompassing an estimated 200 heavily armed agents, helicopters, and SUVs, swarmed the area of the disputed land and, according to the court order, were to impound the trespassing cattle and sell them at auction, purportedly to offset the unpaid grazing fees. Facing a situation they most certainly did not plan on; that of the family and others who supported the family (and who were also heavily armed, pursuant to their Second Amendment rights and legal under the state of Nevada), and protesting the action taken by the BLM, including the tasering of a Bundy son and Bundy's niece knocked to the ground, the BLM wisely blinked and stood down, leaving behind a mess, of which I will describe later.
The BLM claims that Bundy's cattle are on public land (Federal or State land, depending on your perspective, and literally out in the middle of nowhere.) I believe the cattle are on public land. There does not seem to be any dispute about this. Bundy had previously, until the 1990's, paid BLM to manage the land. However, BLM did not use the money to improve the land; Bundy improved the land. Ten years ago, the BLM offered to buy out Bundy's contract. Bundy refused. This would certainly seem that Bundy had more of an interest in the land then BLM claims now. Nevertheless, Bundy has lost a couple of recent Federal court battles and was told to get off the land. And, then there is the grazing fee, required by the BLM, to allow continuance of Bundy's cattle to be on the land. In 1993, Bundy quit paying the fee and offered the fee instead to Clark County officials, who refused to accept payment. Bundy is one of two last remaining ranchers in Clark County. I find it interesting that the BLM allowed Bundy to continue using the land until Senator Reid's buddy was appointed to the BLM a couple of weeks ago. Suspicious at best.
Nevada is different than Indiana, as most of the land (83%) in Nevada is considered Public Land and controlled by the Federal government in some form or fashion. According to Article I, Section 8.17, The Federal government is not to own land (outside of Washington DC) unless the state's legislature approves it. The land belongs to Nevada, a sovereign state in its own right. The problem is Nevada's state constitution actually acquiesces their land, purportedly as a requirement for statehood, regardless of the concept of the "Equal Footing Principle" of statehood for states beyond the original states formed. This concept, juxtaposed with the Bundy conflict, is at the heart of the issue. A growing number of western legislators are meeting, partially as a result of this conflict, to see what can be done about states reclaiming their land from the Feds, who neither paid nor asked the states, as required by the Constitution.
I really don't know if Bundy is correct in his stand; whether he truly owes money or not. Some people think he's a freeloader, using public land for his cattle. Yet, he is a hard worker, unlike others on welfare sponging off the taxpayer for no work. The tradition of ranchers using public land is centuries old. Bundy supporters agree that the issue is complex. However, what all people, including myself, would agree on, and likely sparked the patriot response to this event, is that we will not tolerate being governed by a Federal government at the point of a gun.
When BLM left the land last week, the discovery of what they left behind was unconscionable. The Bundy family found a mass grave (dug by BLM backhoes and dump trucks seen leaving the area on their exodus) containing numerous cattle that were killed by a bullet. Wait a minute. I thought the BLM was to impound and auction the cattle? Where are the environmentalists, PETA, or the Sheriff, at the uncalled slaughter of another man's cattle by government agents? The BLM further destroyed watering holes and fencing that was constructed by Bundy. And, incidentally, it was reported that part of the reason BLM were rounding up cattle is to protect the so-called endangered Desert Tortoise; laughable at best, when you consider the BLM just euthanized hundreds of turtles in the compound where they were caring for them, instead of releasing them to the wild, after BLM ran out of money. Again, where's the PETA outrage?
Incidentally, Saturday, April 21 was the anniversary of the Waco disaster where David Koresh and followers (including women and children) were killed by gun fire and a building fire that was started by the Feds. Then what happened? They buried the evidence quickly to keep people from nosing around. Seems as though BLM did not learn a lesson from Waco, and again attempted to cover their misconduct.
Then, what about those honorable Oathkeepers, patriots, 3 Percenters, and others who believe this event is a watershed moment for our nation? I met and visited with these men and women, coming from all walks of life, all races, and different religions. Some of these patriots quit their job and came to Nevada to keep their oath; to defend their nation against tyranny. Some are expecting to die here. Nevada U.S. Senator Harry Reid called them "domestic terrorists". Reid's comments were inflammatory and irresponsible, and did nothing to quell the potential for violence. The patriots are men and women who have come to the Bundy ranch to protect the Bundy's from a Federal government that has no logical reason to use force. These patriots are not domestic terrorists. I would not stand with terrorists. I'm convinced that the patriots will not fire the first shot. But, if and when the BLM agents return and start firing, the bloodshed will begin. It will be the battle of Bunkerville.
As for the report of women and children being placed out in front as shields during the initial confrontation, that action never occurred. It was wrongly strategized and verbalized by one person that was not even on the scene yet. It was never the intent of Oathkeepers and patriots to put harmless women and children in harms way. There were some women in front, but they were the spunky cowgirls that voluntarily rode with men to retrieve the Bundy cattle.
I'm trying to imagine...In Elkhart County if I received a court order to remove cattle from a public land, I would go speak to the owner of the cattle, and seek how to peacefully resolve this situation. I might even empathize with the owner of the cattle, and suggest further legal action on his part. But never would I bring my SWAT teams and patrol officers carrying rifles to a trespass call involving unarmed cattle! Ultimately, the Sheriff, the official with a name and recognizable face, with a phone number to contact him, would resolve the conflict, likely without any serious incident.
That, my friends, is the crux of this issue. The Federal government has no face, no name (except alphabets), no number to call, and no one to hold accountable if something goes wrong. The Sheriff can intervene, not because of ego or who's gun is bigger, but rather to be the public servant, whom the people elected, and whom can listen, talk, and negotiate a peaceful resolution. The Sheriff has to continue to live in the community he serves. The Feds return to places unknown, never having to live the consequences or see the fears and hear the citizen's life stories.
As for Mr. Bundy, he told me he was honored that I would come from Indiana to show support. I asked him how this situation could end peacefully. He told me that he does not recognize the Federal government, but that he would submit to his local Sheriff. The patriot groups also said that if the Sheriff got involved, they would stand down. Wow! Really! The local Sheriff of Clark County refuses to get involved, but could peacefully resolve this issue. Mr. Bundy, whether you think he's off his rocker or not, has said how this could be resolved. I entreat to the unapproachable Sheriff Gillespie of Clark County (who incidentally was given the spurious award of "2013 Sheriff of the Year" by the National Sheriff's Association-an organization of which I refuse to be a part of) would honor his oath, honor his citizens, and honor his public service, by getting involved in this situation to prevent the bloodshed that will occur between the Federal government and citizens.
I guarantee you, I would intervene if this was occurring in Elkhart County!

I feel that this needs to be put out for the public to see”
April 20, 2014
New photos released by the Bundy family Sunday provided more evidence to the claim that the Bureau of Land Management was illegally killing and burying confiscated cattle.
Posted to the official Bundy Ranch Facebook page, the gruesome image shows several dead cattle being removed from a makeshift grave discovered just this weekend.
“Digging up 1 of the HUGE holes where they threw the cows that they had ran to death or shot,” the picture’s description reads. “I feel that this NEEDS to be put out for the public to see.”
The picture backs up reports by several people including Nevada assemblywoman Michele Fiore, who commented on the BLM’s cattle graves last Tuesday.
“Near their compound, right off the highway, they were digging holes,” Fiore said. “They tried to bury some cows on the compound, but I guess they didn’t dig the hole deep enough, so they throw a cow in and they put dirt over him and you have cows’ legs sticking up out of the dirt.”
Fiore also displayed several photos on her Twitter account Sunday, labeling the incident the “BLM Massacre.”
Although the BLM’s court order only permitted the agency to seize Bundy’s cattle, federal agents have thus far already admitted to shooting and killing two prized bulls, claiming the animals were a “safety hazard.”
Video from the area also revealed holes in water tanks, a smashed tortoise burrow, as well as destroyed fences and water lines.
“They had total control of this land for one week, and look at the destruction they did in one week,” Corey Houston, family friend of Cliven Bundy, told Fox News last week. “Nowhere in the court order that I saw does it say that they can destroy infrastructure, destroy corrals, tanks … desert environment, shoot cattle.”
Separate images taken from an airplane also uncovered hundreds of cattle stuffed into small pens on a BLM compound, prompting the FAA to order a no-fly zone over the area.
Despite a clear and violent overreach by the BLM, Nevada Senator Harry Reid has responded to the incident by calling Bundy and his supporters “domestic terrorists.”
“There were hundreds, hundreds of people from around the country that came there,” Reid said at an event in Las Vegas. “They had sniper rifles in the freeway. They had weapons, automatic weapons. They had children lined up. They wanted to make sure they got hurt first … What if others tried the same thing?”
Unsurprisingly, proof of automatic weapons being present during the stand off between peaceful protesters and the BLM was not provided by Reid. Video of the incident also clearly shows only men and woman, most of whom were unarmed, lined up peacefully.
Whether it be assaulting a cancer survivor, attacking a pregnant woman, tasereing protesters, killing animals or unleashing an attack dog, all extreme behavior has exclusively come from the BLM.

If this militarized siege by the federal government had not been halted by brave men and women willing to stand and die for our nation, the results would surely have been unspeakable.

The Common Sense Show
The BLM has tucked their tail between their legs and run for cover. Sheriff Mack, the other sheriffs, various state legislators, Oathkeepers and average people who make up our militias personify the words courage, integrity and honor. May God bless and protect every brave soul who went to the aid of a beleaguered family. Our American heroes prevented another Ruby Ridge and Americans should forever be grateful to all who went to the aid of Cliven Bundy. America still has many great people who are worthy of the descriptive term, hero. Cliven Bundy has also demonstrated to the world what is means to be an American and stand up to tyranny and win. Like so many overreaching federal agencies, when confronted, they are cowards and they tuck their collective tails between their legs and run for cover.
They Will Be BackAs has been widely reported, the Chinese have paid $4.5 billion dollars to build a solar plant on the Bundy property. The Clark County (NV) Commissioners are on the hook for that money. This is why one of their threatened to send anyone traveling to the aid of Bundy home in a body bag. There is absolutely no way that the Bundy Affair is over.
Sometimes, our personal life experiences prepare us in ways which helps us to understand an event in a manner that the general public will not see because the public does not have the experience. The events at Cliven Bundy’s property is something that I have lived through and I can see clearly what is happening and what is coming. This is much more than a land grab and a case of simple cronyism resulting in a land grab of the Bundy property. This kind of event has been happening and is happening as I write these words. Soon this kind of event will be commonplace.
Nearly all people reporting on this issue see it as a one-time resource grab involving Senator Harry Reid, his sons, the Clark County Commissioners and the Chinese government. The people reporting this are correct. However, this goes much, much further. Unfortunately, I have the experience to recognize this for what this is. Also, I have come across a Bureau of Land Management Policy Manual which spells out what is happening to Bundy and why.
I feel compelled to tell you at this point that my life was endangered when I exposed these connections in my neighborhood. While on the air with Annie DeRiso and Jim Marrs, the building I was in was shot at eight times. This event was recorded on the archives of the Republic Broadcasting Network. Additionally, a pair of men repeatedly tried to run me off the road one Saturday night approximately 6 miles from my home. The event was recorded from my 911 call which lasted 10 minutes, but the transcripts and recordings all disappeared. In both cases, law enforcement covered the crimes committed against me despite the fact that there were multiple witnesses to each event. Each event involved my revelations to the public about John McCain cronyism with the foreign owners of the Canamex Highway system and their plans to steal all property within my rural community. This is precisely why Cliven Bundy’s life is in danger. He is experiencing what I have lived through. You can bet your bottom dollar that the Bundy affair is just getting started and the following paragraphs will demonstrate why this is true.
The Arizona Coalition to Protect Personal Property Rights (ACPPR) vs. Sen. McCain’s Canamex Highway ForcesI live in rural Arizona approximately 20 miles north of metropolitan Phoenix and 20 miles south of Wickenburg, AZ. Over 10 years ago, 300 homeowners in our immediate area faced an undeclared de facto eminent domain action against us without so much as one dime being offered in compensation. My community responded to challenge by forming the ACPPR and I was asked to be the spokesperson and I later became the director.
My sleepy, rural area had grand designs placed upon us by the forces behind the North American Union and in particular the Canamex Highway which was to connect Mexico with Canada. The highway was to run 8 miles to the west of my home which should not have been a threat to the globalist forces behind this transportation corridor. However, my area was slated as a Canamex international multimodal hub. This meant that 6 miles to the east of home a railway hub, a trucking depository and a small auxiliary airport left over from WW II was to be converted to a small airport to service the goods and services coming into this hub. My community was caught between the highway and the multimodal hub. To make things worse, my community also sits upon the largest underground water aquifer in Arizona known as the Hassayampa. The globalists needed our water to service the hub and they could not allow 300 homes to drain the reservoir. Therefore, the McCain forces convinced local politicians to legislate against us and strip us of all property rights in attempt to force us out over a period of time without paying us for the loss of our homes.
Over an eight year period, I was able to convince several of our Maricopa County Commissioners and a good number of State Legislators as to what was truly happening us. We were able to build a coalition and turn back the McCain group who was working on behalf of the foreign ownership of the Canamex. In short, they wanted our water and our land to build a monolithic infrastructure hub. My subsequent media appearances designed to expose this tyranny is what led me to do the broadcasting and writing that I do today.
PLEASE HEED MY WORDS OF WARNING: I AM TELLING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE THAT WHAT IS HAPPENING TO CLIVEN BUNDY IS VERY SIMILAR TO WHAT HAPPENED TO MY COMMUNITY AND THIS IS COMING TO YOUR COMMUNITY IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
The powers that be wanted my community’s water, the globalists want Bundy’s land to build a monolithic energy hub which is powered by solar energy controlled by the Chinese and they want to put it on Bundy’s property and I have the document that proves these claims.
Solar Energy ZonesI have discovered the existence of a BLM document which introduces America to a new Agenda 21 land designation and it called a “Solar Energy Zone”. The smoking gun BLM document is entitled:
Regional Mitigation Strategy for theDry Lake Solar Energy ZoneTechnical Note 444Produced by:Bureau of Land ManagementMarch 2014http://www.blm.gov/pgdata/etc/medialib/blm/wo/blm_library/tech_notes.Par.29872.File.dat/TN_444.pdfThe BLM produced document carefully spells out all the Agenda 21 precautions to protect the environment and indigenous wildlife in these newly created Solar Energy Zones. The document specifically mentions the tortoise and it need to be protected, which is at issue in the Bundy case. Every form of species is protected within these Solar Energy Zones except for humans and nothing is mentioned about how land will be acquired through the eminent domain process.
The document makes it clear that land can be acquired to protect local species which could be threatened. This is how the federal government is getting around declaring eminent domain and paying people fair market value for their land, prior to stealing it. This is exactly what my community went through in the last decade in fighting against the Canamex Highway.
Reid, Clark County Commissioners, the Chinese and Cronyism“The Bureau of Land Management, whose director was Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) former senior adviser, has purged documents from its web site stating that the agency wants Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations”.
Most people view the recent events directed at Bundy to be a case of political and economic cronyism. There is certainly that element. However, this is much bigger than the corrupt Harry Reid and his sons. The next few sections will begin to connect the relevant dots and a clearer picture will begin to emerge.
TreasonNoted researcher, Vicky Davis, sent me the location of the proposed solar farm where Bundy’s property is located and its neighbor is Nellis Air Force Base. It’s right there and Harry Reid is aiding and abetting the Red Chinese to locate a facility close the AFB. The same overlap is mentioned in the previously identified BLM Solar Energy Zones document.
When I was serving as the Spokesperson and later as the Director of the ACPPR, I noticed that nearly all Canamex Highways were located adjacent to a military base. I also noticed that the existence of an inland port was located in the same area. And we know that the Chinese are heavily involved in the control of inland ports.
Connecting the DotsIt is time to connect the dots on one leg of this land grab in Nevada. The I-15 Canamex Highway runs adjacent to the planned theft of the Bundy property. In this location, a new Agenda 21 land designation is emerging and it is called a “Solar Energy Zone”. Solar Energy Zones will connect the variables of the Canamex, the evisceration of private property rights, land use delineated in the Agenda 21 Wildlands, the control of all transportation corridors within the United States and the ultimate betrayal, the Chinese control of all military bases in the United States.
How do I know this? First, I have lived through the same resource theft, property rights grab with the Canamex. Additionally, in Arizona, we are also establishing a solar farm system that has all the hallmark traits of what is going on at the Bundy property. The Arizona state government is cooperating with various federal agencies to build a massive solar farm 70 miles southeast of Phoenix. The Arizona solar project is located adjacent to Luke AFB flight operations and it is near another energy resource, the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant. As an aside, I was contacted by a Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant employee this week. FEMA has been on sight in a surprise inspection and my source has expressed apprehension and surprise at this development. Does anyone else smell a false flag coming? Also, as time goes on, I am certain this will connect the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant to the solar farm.
The Bundy area contains the exact same set of variables as what I am seeing here in Arizona in that we see the Canamex Highway nearby, a land grab, proximity to a military base and proximity to another large energy resource, the nearby Hoover Dam. I suspect that I am now going to hear from many people across the country who are going to now connect these dots in their home state and see this for what it is.
If the Chinese gain control of all new energy (i.e. solar power), can imagine what your energy costs will be? Our problems with this plot extend far beyond energy costs.
Coincidence or Conspiracy?

This would be a precursor event to an invasion in which an invading force would secure all transportation routes.
It is becoming clear that these Solar Energy Zones will be merged with other major energy sources (i.e. hydroelectric and nuclear power). This will potentially give the Chinese complete control over our energy and they can charge whatever they want.
Further, placing Chinese interests near a major military installation can be construed as another precursor to invasion. The bases could easily be neutralized before they could stop the advance of an invading blue-helmet military force.
ConclusionMy fellow Americans, we are seeing this government hand off all future energy to the Chinese. They are stealing American land to do so, through agencies such as the EPA and BLM. The Chinese will soon be occupying the bases adjacent to these Solar Energy Zones. This should scare the hell out of all us. We are about to be occupied by Communist Chinese forces and our federal government agencies are a party to this take over. I will be writing on the military aspect of this threat in a future article.

April 13, 2014
In an epic standoff that Infowars reporter David Knight described as being like “something out of a movie,” supporters of Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy advanced on a position held by BLM agents despite threats that they would be shot at, eventually forcing BLM feds to release 100 cattle that had been stolen from Bundy as part of a land grab dispute that threatened to escalate into a Waco-style confrontation.
Mainstream Media LIES About Federal Standoff
By: Andrew Mastrocola
In a surprising move Saturday morning, Cliven Bundy ordered his cowboys to bring home the cattle that were corralled and detained by the BLM and their contract cowboys.
Thousands of Americans had descended upon Nevada this past week to support the Bundy family and demand that Sheriff Gillespie crawl out from under his desk and do his Constitutional duty as the duly elected Sheriff. Saturday morning Sheriff Gillespie finally made an appearance at the Bundy Ranch to announce that the BLM was ceasing the roundup. Cliven Bundy gave the sheriff one hour to disarm the BLM, and return the lands to the right-full users, the American people. When 1 hour passed without word from the sheriff, Bundy forged ahead and reclaimed his stolen property.
The Bundy's were not alone any longer. After suffering a week of physical and psychological abuse by the New World Order, Agenda, Agricultural Industrial Complex controlled, oath breaking, federal jackboot thugs, the American people came to the ranch en masse to stand fast against federal tyranny and refused to back down when threatened to be shot on the spot by government snipers.
Where do federal agents get the authority to run roughshod over Americans? It is not from the Constitution, that is for sure. This should make everyone realize that it is not we the people that are out of line, but that rather it is our own government that has become the domestic terrorists 0ur founders warned us about.
God Bless this great Republic! God have mercy on our oppressors!
